This webinar will introduce person-centred care (PCC) as a foundation of patient care across radiation therapy and present the CAMRT-funded PRIME-PCC study, Perspectives and Reflections on IMplementing Excellence in Person-Centred Care for Radiation Therapists. The study examined how radiation therapists practice PCC and identified factors associated with PCC. The webinar will discuss the national survey findings and their implications for radiation therapy practice, education, and future implementation strategies.
