This webinar discusses the successful pilot of a portable x-ray unit at Hopedale, and how that worked to fill an unmet need, how it positioned an MRT as a vital team member and safety lynchpin, and connects to the advocacy efforts of CAMRT and supporter FujiFilm Canada. We will hear from Jennifer Carey (RTR) regarding CAMRT advocacy, Tina Buckle a representative of the Nunatsiavut Government Department of Health and Social Development in partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Health Service, a boots-on-the-ground vendor perspective from Anne Hixon (RTR, Fujufilm) and the personal story of the MRT who travelled to work in this project, Nicole Primmer.
