Do you wonder how recent remote scanning projects have been enacted, or have an interest in healthcare provision in remote areas? Join us on March 04 at 19:00 (7pm eastern) for a free webinar that discusses the successful pilot of a portable x-ray unit at Hopedale, and learn how that worked to fill an unmet need, how it positioned an MRT as a vital team member and safety lynchpin, and connect to the advocacy efforts of CAMRT and supporter FujiFilm Canada. We will hear from Jennifer Carey (RTR) regarding CAMRT advocacy, Tina Buckle a representative of the Nunatsiavut Government Department of Health and Social Development in partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Health Service, a boots-on-the-ground vendor perspective from Anne Hixon (RTR, Fujufilm) and the personal story of the MRT who travelled to work in this project, Nicole Primmer. Join us to expand your knowledge of projects where your colleagues are driving change in interesting locations.

Learning Objectives:
• Discuss the planning and logistics of a northern, remote x-ray pilot project
• Describe the healthcare team that operationalized this pilot x-ray project
• Explain the vital safety and quality role of a capable and flexible MRT to a remote scanning project.
